Processing & Delivery

Each piece is made to order and carefully inspected before it is shipped.

Most orders typically arrive within approximately 2–8 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order is on its way, we'll send you an email containing your tracking number or tracking link.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become available after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at contact@classyradiance.com. We'll do our best to help if your order has not yet entered fulfillment, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once processing has begun.

We are unable to provide a refund or replacement for orders delivered incorrectly due to an inaccurate or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Delayed or Missing Orders

Carrier delays can occasionally occur. If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period or you believe your package may be lost, please contact us at contact@classyradiance.com with your order number and we'll help investigate.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 10 days of delivery.

We'll arrange a free replacement or refund for approved claims in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
